Becoming sculptural

I've been experimenting in earthenware and porcelain clay with making more sculptural forms. I like the idea that a link in a chain can also become an object in it's own right. I'm contemplating a spectrum between wearable pieces and purely sculptural work. I'm interested in work created by hand, in between hands, with hand tools, that has a very close relationship to the maker, and harks back to more primitive methodologies. As much as possible, my hands are my tools as I explore new forms in clay...
